Antonia Fedder is an inclusion, accessibility, and responsible product design consultant based in Hamburg, Germany. She helps organizations transform inclusion into a strategic advantage through consulting, training, and speaking engagements focused on inclusive UX, neuroinclusion, digital bias, accessibility, and team capability building. With a background in digital product design and an MA in Sustainable Design, she brings sustainability, inclusion, and ethics together as interconnected dimensions of responsible practice. Antonia has spoken at conferences across Europe, including four consecutive years at UX Connect, and has worked with organizations throughout the DACH region through engagements with Boye & Company. She also co-leads "Design mit Perspektive", a critical design event series and community for more discrimination-sensitive design in collaboration with Hamburg Kreativ Gesellschaft. Antonia has also taught at Designskolen Kolding’s Planet Program and is completing her certification as an Accessibility Expert. She works internationally in both German and English.
