Mark’s expertise spans multiple CMS, ECM, Personalization/Experimentation, and Commerce products, and he has held strategic roles at Uniform, Optimizely, Contentful, and Sitecore, where he was involved in acquisitions and product offerings. Prior to these, he served as a team leader at BusinessObjects and SAP, and as a consultant at Watchfire for various clients worldwide. Mark received his MBA from Queen’s University, Ontario, and his acumen is a blend of practical and theoretical knowledge.
