Michael Spenceley

Mike Spenceley is a digital experience and content operations leader. A visionary, strategic, and conceptual thinker, Mike works with cross-functional teams to produce actionable solutions to support innovation, business development, and process improvement. He has a proven track record for leading during times of disruption, fostering an agile startup culture within a large organization. Most recently, he spent almost 10 years at Johnson & Johnson, most recently as Leader, Learning and Content Standards. Prior to that Mike led an in-house content team at J&J, managing content strategy across Johnson & Johnson's Global Services organization. He focused on delivering a world-class service experience by developing high-quality content and enabling service center employees and customers to execute critical HR, procurement, and finance processes effectively. He also led a multinational team, overseeing all aspects of the content lifecycle – including technology and analytics. Mike has been working in the content, knowledge management, and communications space in some capacity for most of his career. Prior to his 8 years at J&J, he spent 10 years at PwC. Mike has also been a presenter at the Boye & Company CMS Kickoff Conference in St. Petersburg, Florida.
