Scott Liewehr is a recognized thought leader in the digital experience space. For more than two decades, he has advised global brands, partners, and technology vendors on digital strategy, partner selection, and customer experience, personally guiding more than 200 brands through digital experience technology decisions, from needs assessment through vendor selection and implementation strategy. His work centers on helping organizations turn digital disruption into meaningful digital advantage, and that mission continues in both of his current roles. Scott is the Global Vice President of Market Strategy and Growth at Sitecore, where he focuses on aligning the company's strategy, product direction, and external narrative with the real needs of customers, partners, and the market. He sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and go-to-market, ensuring that Sitecore's decisions are grounded in clear market signals as the company continues leading the digital experience industry through one of its most transformative eras. He is also the Founder and President of Digital Clarity Group (DCG), the market research and advisory firm he created to improve the success rates of digital initiatives. DCG operates VOCalis, the industry's only dedicated voice-of-customer benchmarking program for digital agencies, consultancies, and technology vendors. VOCalis provides deep, actionable insight far beyond traditional CSAT or NPS approaches, helping agencies understand how they perform relative to peers, and helping technology vendors evaluate the true effectiveness of their partner ecosystems. Before founding DCG, Scott led the web content management practice at The Gilbane Group and co-created and hosted CMS-Connected, a long-running monthly program covering the content management industry. He served as the elected president of the Content Management Professionals (CM Pros) association, an international community of more than 40,000 practitioners, and was the lead judge for both the Web Content Management and eCommerce categories of the CODiE Awards, the software industry's most prestigious product honors, given annually by the Software & Information Industry Association. When he's not writing or working, he's on Long Island coaching soccer, refereeing soccer, or enduring the highs and lows of being a lifelong Chicago Bears, Bulls, and Cubs fan.
