<a href="http://designmodo.com/?u=1182" target="_blank">DesignModo</a>, the company behind Startup Framework, has released a new version of their WordPress plugin, Qards.
Qards 1.1 adds to the plugin's ability to bring drag-and-drop website building to WordPress. Users can combine pre-designed cards (or Qards!) to create a variety of one-page-style website types.

No coding is neccessary of course, and the interface works nicely with the standard WordPress backend, making for a relatively smooth website creation and management process. Here's a short video detailing Qard 1.1.

According to their announcement, DesignModo claim to have added new Qards and “spiced up the process of site created on WordPress and now you have a completely new fun and simple experience.”
