During my recent visit to the DNN Software office in San Mateo, California, I took some time to sit down and have a chat with CEO Navin Nagiah. Topics discussed include the recent release of Evoq 8, expectations for the future, his thoughts on customer experience management and more. What's funny about this interview is that there was a spot during the interview where I had a great question ready to go but ended up getting too wrapped up in what he was saying and completely blanked. We had to pause filming so I could get refocused. Watch for the transition to see where that happened. Interestingly enough, that's never happened before so kudos to Navin for being too interesting ;).
