A new release of SocialEngine has been released. This version promises a boost in speed of approximately 60% for your SocialEngine powered social network. Most of this speed is due to a gzip performance change.
There are a couple of other minor changes as well including an improvement to translation performance (you can now translate using CSV files or PHP) as well as some bug fixes.
For those considering using SocialEngine, you might want to read the comments on our <a href="https://www.cmscritic.com/socialengine-review/">SocialEngine Review</a> first and on the blog post below. It sounds like customers aren't too happy with the company / products lately, so keep that under consideration.
