I went through the entire process, which was pretty darn seamless.Once you arrive at your dashboard, you’ll notice how clean and intuitive the UX is. Super easy to navigate with zero complexity. It’s delivering higher levels of engagement, conversion, and online sales – making the web channel more valuable at a time when answer engines are disrupting search and traffic. Intelligent on-site agents are also mitigating repetitive support requests across industries like retail, manufacturing, restaurants, marketing agencies, and enterprise software. That makes it a must-have for improving productivity across a wide range of applications. I’ve test-driven and reviewed several conversational AI solutions, and the results have steadily improved.
