They offer response technical support, the product is well established and has a good base with which to work from, there are a wide variety of customization options and for every person I've referred to phpFox, I've had not one come back to me complaining that it didn't suit their needs.As my choice for this year, when asked to offer suggestions for the best social networking software, I will point to phpFox.
