Enterprise SEO is one of the best ways to increase revenue and drive more traffic to your site. The term itself is used in reference to search engine optimization for larger organisations with comprehensive websites (usually 1000+ pages).
Every business should have an SEO strategy in place, but enterprise SEO is absolutely essential for organisations with 1000s of products or services to ensure everyone and everything is working in sync. This means that the digital marketing team managing enterprise SEO will be much more specialized than that of a smaller company.
Rather than managing multiple areas of the site, each team member takes accountability for their own specific niche in order to increase traffic. Given the size of enterprise organisations, even the most minimal increase in website traffic can account for a significant number of new visitors.
Whilst the general SEO principles are the same as when dealing with non-enterprise businesses, these larger sites require SEO strategies that can scale. So let’s take a look at 3 key strategies that are proven to provide optimal results.
<h2 id="3-key-enterprise-seo-strategies">3 Key Enterprise SEO Strategies</h2>
<h3 id="1-keyword-selection">1. Keyword Selection</h3>
Keyword selection is a fundamental part of traditional SEO and it’s even more important when applied to enterprise. In addition to keyword volume, enterprise SEO managers also have to analyse ranking difficulty, search intent, and existing results.
<h3 id="2-template-optimisation">2. Template Optimisation</h3>
When managing 1000s of website pages in enterprise SEO, it’s essential to use a template containing all of the necessary tags so that you don’t have to go through each page individually. Anyone familiar with WordPress will have used these tags before, such as meta descriptions and image ALT.
<h3 id="3-constant-content">3. Constant Content</h3>
Creating and publishing quality content is instrumental to enterprise SEO and a company blog is one of the best ways to bring visitors to your site. All content types such as videos, images, and text can be utilized here. Studies suggest the users engage more with longer content, but resourceful short-form content that aligns with keywords in the user’s search shouldn’t be overlooked.
A mix of short and long-form content is usually best, but it’s a good idea to test different types and variations of content to see what works better for your audience when starting out. Always ask these two questions when you create a piece of content for your site:
<ul>
<li>Does the content provide value to the user?</li>
<li>Is the content original, engaging, and informative?</li>
</ul>
<h2 id="using-an-enterprise-seo-platform">Using An Enterprise SEO Platform</h2>
Large-scale SEO projects will benefit immensely from using an enterprise SEO platform. A good platform will help the digital marketing team to maximize productivity and results whilst minimizing errors. Finding the right software to support your Enterprise SEO efforts is one of the best ways to achieve your objectives and a worthwhile investment.
<h2 id="the-bottom-line">The Bottom Line</h2>
<a href="https://www.devhub.com/enterprise-seo-pages/">Enterprise SEO</a> can be tricky but it can provide a high ROI once it’s done correctly. With a well-structured team and a detailed enterprise SEO plan in place you can guarantee that your site will receive a significant increase in high-quality traffic. And with the right software, you can maximize your results even further.

Joomla 3.9.3 Released

Elcom today unveiled the new version of its Digital Transformation Platform – Elcom V11. This release supports the need for staff to consistently deliver meaningful and superior digital experiences, by giving them the enterprise tools to elevate their performance.
Ryan Bloch, COO and General Manager at Elcom, explains, “Both internal and external audiences are demanding improved digital experiences. Our goal has always been to make it easier for all staff to meet this need efficiently and securely. With 80+ enhancements to existing functionality, as well as the addition of several new capabilities, organisations can now execute their digital strategy faster and smarter, without sacrificing the usability they have come to expect of the platform.”
This feature-rich update provides a new level of flexibility and security to the content creation and management experience. Some highlights organisations can look forward to:
· New Suite of Enterprise Reporting. Several new reports enable administrators to easily keep track of system errors, as well as security permissions for groups and individual users on both a granular and high level. Publishers and content owners gain detailed insights into digital assets across their sites including content downloaded and updates made, to monitor content activity and drive smarter insights for the future.
· Enhanced Security. An extra layer of security can be added to the login process with Two-Factor Authentication. This requires a user to enter a secure pin, one-time QR code or other information only known to that user, protecting private account information from external threats.
· Powerful Compliance Tool. Highly customisable, the new Acknowledgements module can be used for an external audience to request consent to use cookie tracking or to request staff or other internal audience acknowledge they have read an important article or message. Coupled with detailed tracking, Acknowledgement is a powerful and easy way to meet both regulatory standards and corporate compliance.
· More Identity Management Options. Along with integration to SAML and Active Directory, administrators can now use Okta as an identity provider. This offers administrators a new way to securely and automatically import users into their Elcom platform, as well as providing single-sign on capabilities to offer end-users a seamless experience across their connected platforms.
· Full Video Sharing Support. V11 offers full support for popular video sharing platform, Vimeo, to easily share Vimeo hosted videos on an Elcom site.
· Flexible Corporate Directory. Emerging from a major revamp, the new corporate directory brings with it completely configurable fields and organisation charts. Administrators can easily display information where and how they want it, with complete flexibility over the look and feel, making it easier than ever for staff to find the right person to assist them.

<a href="http://mailstat.us/tr/t/ioxeugnhjrhphki1/3/http://www.nuxeo.com/?utm_source=LTS2019&amp;utm_medium=press%20release&amp;utm_campaign=LTS2019%20announcement" rel="noreferrer nofollow noopener">Nuxeo</a>, the leading cloud-native Content Services Platform (CSP), today announced the immediate availability of <a href="http://mailstat.us/tr/t/ioxeugnhjrhphki1/4/https://www.nuxeo.com/about/what-is-new/?utm_source=LTS2019&amp;utm_medium=web&amp;utm_campaign=LTS2019%20announcement&amp;utm_content=Press%20Release#lts-19" rel="noreferrer nofollow noopener">LTS 2019,</a> which delivers the latest features and functionality to the low-code Nuxeo Platform.
With major enhancements in areas such as artificial intelligence (AI), integration to leading productivity and creative applications, and extended content connectivity options, LTS 2019 reinforces Nuxeo’s focus on helping enterprises transform their businesses with content and data.
“Nuxeo has long been a widespread exponent of artificial intelligence and LTS 2019 delivers cutting-edge capabilities that raise the stakes in the AI game for CSP vendors,” said Chris McLaughlin, chief product and marketing officer at Nuxeo. “The improvements we’ve made in AI and other areas enable us to deliver the industry’s most modern and extensible Content Services Platform, but they’re only the beginning. With a move to a continuous delivery mechanism in 2019, we’re striving to ensure that new features will be rolled out even faster than ever before.”
Updates and enhancements featured in <a href="http://mailstat.us/tr/t/ioxeugnhjrhphki1/6/https://www.nuxeo.com/about/what-is-new/?utm_source=LTS2019&amp;utm_medium=web&amp;utm_campaign=LTS2019%20announcement&amp;utm_content=Press%20Release#lts-19" rel="noreferrer nofollow noopener">LTS 2019</a> include:
●      Strengthened AI framework. A streamlined pipeline is now available to make building and training AI models much more accessible. Nuxeo customers can employ custom data models as well as train 3rd party AI engines (i.e., Google Vision, Amazon Rekognition or Amazon Comprehend) on their own data sets to deliver real business insights, even on business-specific content.
●      Federation Blob Provider: The Nuxeo Platform can now manage binary content “in place” (i.e. content stored in external ECM or EFSS systems). In addition to extending Nuxeo’s content federation strategy, this enables its customers to get all the benefits of a modern CSP (scale, search, workflows, automation, permissions) without the cost and pain of forced migrations.
●      Office365 Integration: Nuxeo users can now benefit from advanced metadata management capabilities, deep AI functionality, powerful search, permissions management, and more – all while transparently editing files from within the Office 365 suite.
●      Enhanced Annotation Capabilities: LTS 2019 includes enhanced capabilities for annotations, including the ability for users to annotate office documents, images, videos, and PDFs for review/validation processes or for media enrichment.
●      New Adobe CC Connector: A new Adobe Creative Cloud connector has been rebuilt from the ground up to improve the user experience and leverage the full capabilities of Adobe CC 2018.
●      Pluggable Accelerated Transfer for Upload Services: Nuxeo can now be easily plugged into any direct upload service that provides file or object transfer acceleration. As a result, Nuxeo users will enjoy faster uploads of large content assets like 4K video files via Web UI (the Nuxeo Web client). Transfer acceleration is now available for AWS S3, and connections to additional services can be easily created (such as for Azure or other specialized vendors).
●      Identifying Similar Content: Nuxeo now supports “More Like This” type queries, which enables intelligent searches across a repository for content that’s close to the content of a given image, document, case or other business object. This is particularly useful in case management projects where finding similar cases can reduce resolution time.
●      Bulk Actions Framework: Nuxeo has streamlined bulk operations with a Bulk Action Framework built on a Kafka-based streaming infrastructure. This allows customers to execute custom actions on millions (or even billions) of content items easily, and in a highly-scalable and robust manner. This can be particularly useful for enterprises that have high-availability solution requirements, or that have specific needs around bulk or volume processing of content or data.

Ethereum’s price will “continue to soar” throughout 2019 – and a main driver of the continued rally will be this week’s hard fork.
The comments from influential tech expert Ian McLeod of Thomas Crown Art, the world’s leading art-tech agency, come as the second largest cryptocurrency has secured an impressive rally over the last month.
Mr McLeod observes: “Ethereum has made a bullish move and broke the $125.00 resistance – giving the crypto naysayers and doom-mongers a robust signal that this digital currency is on the upward trajectory once again.
“Ethereum’s rally is part of a wider cryptocurrency rally since the beginning of the year, with other major coins, including Bitcoin and XRP, also securing important gains.
“The bulls are back in town.”
He continues: “Whilst we can expect 2019 to be dominated by a considerably more bullish sentiment than in 2018 across the major digital assets, I think it is likely that Ethereum will be the standout winner this year for three key reasons.
“First, the hard fork set to take place on 16 January.  The hard fork will mean Ethereum miner rewards fall from three ether to two and decrease the block time, resulting in a faster network. This is a key part of a major Ethereum upgrade and the markets are excited.
“There’s a possibility the date of the hard fork might be pushed back a little, but traders are managing this into expectations.”
“Second, oracles. Oracles – data feeds that deliver information into the smart contract from third parties – will inevitably drive adoption of Ethereum smart contracts.
“This is because smart contracts using decision-making on real-world metrics can be expected to find relevant use cases among consumers, firms, and organizations, amongst others. And, of course, as adoption and utility of Ethereum smart contracts increase, so will Ethereum’s price.”
Thomas Crown Art is already a global pioneer in using Ethereum smart contracts.
Ian McLeod comments: “We’ve created a groundbreaking solution for artists and art collectors and galleries by giving the capability to use new works of art as a literal ‘store of value’ and serve as a cryptocurrency wallet for owners whilst providing an independent method to conclusively prove the provenance of artwork quickly and easily, and to view an immutable chain of ownership.
“Using an Ethereum blockchain to authenticate artwork is an ideal use-case for distributed ledger technology. It provides the ability to store a permanent, immutable record of artwork at the point of creation which can be used to authenticate registered works by any third party independently.”
Thomas Crown Art’s tech expert concludes: “The sentiment data and technical analysis suggests that Ethereum’s rally, to be fuelled further by the hard fork, will continue in the short to medium term.
“It is likely that this will positively impact on the rest of the cryptocurrency sector.”

Ethereum’s upcoming hard fork to further fuel wider cryptocurrency rally

<li>Support for multiple business models: Commerce Clouddelivers B2B, B2C, B2B2C, and B2B2B capabilities on a single platform.</li>
<li>Support for multiple touchpoints:This tool can handle today’s commerce use cases such as website and progressive web apps as well as the emerging customer touchpoints, e.g. voice technology and IoT devices — and it’s ready for the next buying channel that has not yet been invented.</li>
<li>Seamless migration capability:Commerce Cloud lets companies switch from legacy commerce platforms over time by leveraging an API-first architecture. Start with a shopping cart and migrate as needed with no need to rip and replace.</li>
<li>Business-friendly deployment:Commerce Cloud offers brands the opportunity to switch to a managed hosted or on-premise deployment without losing any functionality or customizations. It also allows them to switch between models as business needs change over time. Commerce Cloud can also be implemented and customized internally by an enterprise’s IT team or by an Elastic Path partner depending on the brand’s preference.</li>
<li>Unified selling engine:Commerce Cloud enables a single view of the customer and how they interact with the brand across touchpoints.  It provides the omnichannel shopping cart brands have sought for years and empowers them to understand and delight the customer at every point in the buying journey.</li>
</ul>
In addition to traditional use cases, Commerce Cloud allows brands to power buying experiences through IoT, Facebook chatbots, Alexa skills, and other opportunities beyond traditional touchpoints. Building on the success of the core Elastic Path offering, Commerce Cloud delivers hosting, maintenance, system and database administration, and compliance — allowing brands to focus on taking care of their customers and growing their businesses while driving innovation and growth for their business.
“Elastic Path Commerce Cloud is for innovators and dreamers who want to push the boundaries of commerce,” said Harry Chemko, CEO of Elastic Path. “This new offering builds on Elastic Path’s legacy of supercharging the world’s premier brands to deliver unified commerce experiences across brands, lines of business, geographies, and channels. Commerce Cloud adds another level of flexibility to our battle-tested, proven Elastic Path Commerce platform — now with a SaaS option.”
Commerce Cloud is already in use by established brands, including long-term Elastic Path customers who are leveraging the brand’s innovative commerce platform while also gaining the scalability, reliability and cost effectiveness of the cloud. Elastic Path announces Commerce Cloud during the first day of the National Retail Federation Big Show &amp; Expo in New York City. Attendees can visit Booth #1817 in Hall 1A for a demo of Commerce Cloud and more information.

dotCMS, a key player in content management and digital experience software, together with Myplanet, a software studio headquartered in Toronto, are hosting an <a href="https://dotcms.com/webinar/digital-accessibility">in-depth webinar</a> to show how forward-thinking brands are using IoT devices to bring their digital accessibility experiences above and beyond pure compliance.
From smart speakers to wearable technology, new touch points are now constantly emerging–bringing fresh touch points to the customer journey on a regular basis. While this constantly evolving environment gives brands the opportunity to innovate and delight their audiences with cutting-edge digital experiences, it also poses problems to those brands that still struggle with basic website accessibility. For those companies, the prospect of making their entire digital offering accessible to those with disabilities and impairments may seem impossible.
“We’re excited to present alongside the folks at Myplanet who have hands-on expertise using content management platforms, like dotCMS, to create accessible experiences for their customers on IoT devices,” said Stefan Schinkel, Enterprise Sales, dotCMS. “They’ve got a unique take on smart interface design and development and how it can be leveraged to address accessibility in the IoT era.”
