FancyCMS team has recently released a desktop flash CMS application called FancyPlus, that is available for free download at their website. It is an offline flash template editor with built in FTP publisher.
Here are some of the features:

<li>WYSIWYG editor;</li>
<li>E-commerce module;</li>
<li>Free updates.</li>

At the present moment there's only one FancyPlus template, which is in the package. Guys at FancyCMS aim to release flash templates for their software on a regular basis – both free and premium ones.
