Here's how the process works:
We review your system and write an unbiased review that focuses on the good and bad including any bugs we find during the use of the system. We assess your website landing page for the product and provide you with feedback as to how well tailored it is towards what customers are looking for.
We send the final document to you for your review. Your team then has three choices:
- Ask for the review to be published, in which case, we will do so.
- Ask for the review to not be published, in which case, you can retain it for your records.
- You can take up to 90 days to resolve any issues identified within the review and ask us to re-assess those areas once complete, after which, we will publish the review.
