Mike Spenceley is Content Strategy Director at Johnson & Johnson, one of the largest healthcare organizations in the world. A visionary, strategic, and conceptual thinker, Mike works with cross-functional teams to produce actionable solutions to support innovation, business development, and process improvement. He has a proven track record for leading during times of disruption, fostering an agile startup culture within a large organization. In his current role, Mike drives content strategy across Johnson & Johnson's Global Services organization, focusing on delivering a world-class service experience by developing high-quality content and enabling service center employees and customers to execute critical HR, procurement, and finance processes effectively. He also leads a multinational team, overseeing all aspects of the content lifecycle – including technology and analytics. Mike has also been a presenter at the Boye & Company CMS Kickoff Conference in St. Petersburg, Florida.
